Event Hire

The space is ideal for use for small workshops, talks, meetings…let us know what you have in mind. If you would like to book the space for a regular evening, we can arrange this option and are happy to offer block booking discounts.

The premises measures 320sqft/29 sq. metres. There is a WC and small kitchen area with fridge.

Our main space is at street level and is wheelchair accessible however due to the age of the building our WC is not wheelchair accessible.

Workshop capacity

A maximum capacity of no more than 12 seated is recommended.

We advise you have your own relevant insurances.

Talks/meetings

Our capacity is 25 seated for this use.

Events timings & curfew

We are flexible on your hire timings however we advise all evening events wind down at 9.00pm and you vacate the space by 9.30pm. Please respect our neighbours when vacating the premises.

Housekeeping

Tables & chairs

We have a 6ft trestle table and 8 chairs for your use. Please speak with us to discuss any further requirements.

Glasses

We can provide wine glasses for your event. Any breakages should be paid for/replaced.

Please respect our space and do your upmost to vacate the space as you found it. We ask that you also take your rubbish with you.

In the unlikely event of any permanent damages to the space, you will be responsible for the cost of the repairs.
